Mama's Hot Ajvar is a traditional Balkan pepper spread made from carefully roasted red peppers and roasted eggplant, combined with sunflower oil, sea salt. Made according to a traditional recipe, it has a rich, full-bodied flavour with a smooth texture and the natural smoky sweetness of roasted peppers. Perfect as a spread on fresh or toasted bread, served alongside grilled meats, cevapcici and other Balkan dishes, or used as a flavourful addition to sandwiches, burgers and savoury meals.
